CAD Design
Our experience, knowledge and technology allows to provide efficient solutions to your requirements. Vale Plastics can draw up Computer Aided Designs that can be utilised on a variety of our machines. Alternatively we can work with the computer files you may wish to provide.
3D Milling
The Fanuc Robodrill is a high-speed, high-precision and high-efficiency Compact Machining centre. This sophisticated machine provides a sensational finish on diverse range of engineering plastics, metals and timber. Machining area is approximately 700 x 300mm.
CNC 2D Milling
We have 3 CNC routing machines, 2 Multicams (one very new) and a Tekcel E-Series CNC Router 12 Tool Automatic Tool Change, 2478x1350mm bed size. Again a variety of materials of various thicknesses can be utilised to any conceivable shape and size, with an extremely high degree of accuracy and repeatability. We can cut acrylic, MDF, Plywood, Aluminium composite panel, HDPE, PETG, PVC and Polycarbonate.
